Ingredients
11ouncecan shoe peg corndrained
15ouncecan LeSueur baby peasdrained
15ouncecan French style green beansdrained
1cupchopped celery
1/2cupchopped onion
1/2cupchopped green pepper
Dressing:
1cupgranulated sugar
1teaspoonsalt
1/2cupcider vinegar
1/2teaspoonpepper
1tablespoonwater
Notes
Put first 6 ingredients in bowl and set aside. Combine dressing ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat; cool. Pour mixture over salad and stir to mix. Chill overnight.
