Ingredients
Dry mix
2cupsrolled oatsblended to flour consistency
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonground cinnamonoptional, add dash of cloves and nutmeg
1/4cupSplenda
Liquid mix
1cupalmond milkunsweetened
1/4cupegg substitute
1/4cupmolasses
1/4cupsugar free syrup
2tablespoonsvegetable oil
1/4cupraisins
1/4cupchopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In small bowl, combine liquid ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Mix just until combined. Stir in raisins and pecans. Divide mix among 12 paper lined muffin cups and bake approximately 17 minutes.
