Orange Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 2 tablespoons orange rind grated
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2-1/2 cups pecan halves

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients (except pecans) in iron skillet and bring to a boil.
  • Boil for 4 minutes stirring constantly.
  • Remove from heat and add pecans, stirring to coat well with mixture.
  • Return to heat and cook 1 minute.
  • Pour onto waxed paper and let cool.
  • Separate into pieces.
