Orange Glazed Pecans

Ingredients

granulated sugar

tablespoon
light corn syrup
1/4
cup
evaporated milk

tablespoons
orange rind
grated
2
tablespoons
orange juice

pecan halves
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (except pecans) in iron skillet and bring to a boil.
Boil for 4 minutes stirring constantly.
Remove from heat and add pecans, stirring to coat well with mixture.
Return to heat and cook 1 minute.
Pour onto waxed paper and let cool.
Separate into pieces.
