Butterscotch Cheesecake Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 12-ounce package butterscotch chips
  • 1/3 cup oleo melted
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk

Instructions

  • Mix together butterscotch chips, oleo, graham cracker crumbs and nuts.
  • Press half of mixture in greased 9x13" pan.
  • Cream together the cream cheese, egg, vanilla and milk.
  • Pour over the crumb mixture and top with remaining crumbs.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes at 350°
