Classic Pumpkin Pie

unbaked pie shell
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Pour into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell and bake for 20 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325 F and bake for 45 minutes or until the center of the pie is done.
Cool at least 4 hours before serving.
