large diced tomatoes with garlic and onions cut into wedges

bunch Green onions sliced

olive oil

c.
red wine vinegar
1/4
c.
minced fresh parsley

cloves
garlic minced

tsp.
Salt

T.
snipped fresh thyme or 1 tsp. dried thyme
1/4
tsp.
coasely ground pepper
Instructions
Place tomatoes and onions in shallow serving bowl.
In a bowl, combine the remaining ingredients; pour over tomatoes.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
