Ingredients

Cream cheese softened

– 8 oz. can crushed pineapple well drained

c.
chopped pecans

c.
flaked coconut
Instructions
Combine cream cheese and pineapple.
Fold in pecans.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Roll in coconut and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 2 dozen.
