No Bake Snowball Cookies

Servings 2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Cream cheese softened
  • 1 – 8 oz. can crushed pineapple well drained
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 3 c. flaked coconut

Instructions

  • Combine cream cheese and pineapple.
  • Fold in pecans.
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls.
  • Roll in coconut and refrigerate 4 hours or overnight. Makes 2 dozen.
