Parmesan Potato Wedges

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C. oil
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1-1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 8 large unpeeled baking potatoes washed and cut into wedges

Instructions

  • Arrange potato wedges, peel side down, in 2 shallow baking pans.
  • Mix remaining ingredients and brush over potatoes.
  • Bake in 375 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown and tender. Brush occasionally with oil mixture. Makes 8 servings.
