Pasta Crab Salad

- 12 ounce box bowtie pasta
- 24 ounces imitation crabmeat
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper
Dressing:
- 2 cups Miracle Whip
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
