Cool Whip or Ice Cream as garnish

Instructions
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; mix well.
Add apples and pecans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hour in an angel food cake pan or 1 hour in a 9x13-inch pan.
Serve warm with Cool Whip or ice cream. Can also be served cool.
