Real Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces mayonnaise
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons green bell pepper finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cucumber finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons onion finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons radish finely chopped
  • 1 dash powdered garlic

Instructions

  • In a medium-sized bowl, stir the first four items into a creamy mixture.
  • Stir in the finely chopped vegetables and garlic.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours to allow flavors to blend.
  • Serve with fresh vegetables or potato chips.
