cauliflower
cut into florets

Bacon
cooked and cut into pieces

oz. jar
Pimentos
sliced and drained

tsp.
dry mustard

tsp.
salt

water

Fresh parsley
chopped
Instructions
In a 3-quart saucepan, melt butter.
Stir in remaining ingredients except parsley.
Cover and cook over medium heat stirring occasionally until cauliflower is crisp-tender, about 10-12 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
