egg white
slightly beaten

pecans

Splenda

teaspoons
cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 F.
Grease a jelly roll pan.
Mix egg white and pecans in medium bowl until pecans are coated.
Stir Splenda and cinnamon together and sprinkle over pecans. Stir until pecans are completely coated.
Spread pecans in a single layer in pan. Bake 30 minutes or until toasted.
Cool completely and store in airtight container.
