Sweet Heat Salsa

- 1 16-ounce can diced tomatoes do not drain
- 1/4 red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pinch salt
- 3 tablespoons dried parsley
- Pickled jalapenos to taste
- 2 tablespoons frozen pineapple juice concentrate
Place tomatoes, onion, garlic, salt and parsley in blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
Add jalapenos and blend. Taste to make sure it has enough heat.
Add the juice concentrate and blend. Taste to make sure it’s sweet enough.
Pour into bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
