Preheat oven to 400 F.
Scrub potatoes but do not pare. Cut in half lengthwise, then cut each half lengthwise into 4 or 5 wedges.
Combine half of the cereal crumbs with Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt and pepper in a shallow dish. Combine the other half of the crumbs with sesame seeds and a pinch of salt and pepper in another shallow dish.
Dip potato wedges in melted butter. Coat one side with one crumb mixture, and the other side with the other crumb mixture.
Place skin side down on a sheet pan and bake for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with sour cream.
