In a mixing bowl, beat eggs until foamy.

Mix in sugar.

Add whipping cream and vanilla.

Pour mixture into ice cream canister.

Add milk to the fill line on the canister.

Process according to machine directions. Makes 1 gallon.

You can add fruit, crushed candy or your favorite cookies to this recipe. We added 1 quart of chopped strawberries.
