White Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 c. milk half and half, heavy cream OR a mixture
- 1 t. vanilla
- 8 oz. white chocolate chopped in small pieces
- Whipped cream
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, stir together milk, vanilla and white chocolate over medium-low heat until it comes to a simmer. Do NOT let it boil.
- Pour into mugs, top with whipped cream and serve immediately.
