Ingredients
1/2cupunsalted buttersoftened
1/2cupsugar
1/2cuppacked light brown sugar
2eggs
1-1/2cupsmashed ripe bananasabout 3 large
1tablespoonvanilla extract
1-1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1/2cupwhole wheat flour
1tablespoonbaking soda
1/2cupchopped walnuts or pecans
1cup6 ounces semisweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. In bowl, cream together butter and sugars. Beat in eggs, banana and vanilla. Combine flours and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, just until combined. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Fill 24 paper-lined muffin cups half full. Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
