Extra Tender Pancakes

Ingredients

cup
milk

egg
slightly beaten
1/4
cup
melted butter
1
cup
flour
1/2
cup
powdered sugar
1/4
teaspoon
Salt
2
teaspoons
baking powder
Instructions
Mix egg, milk and butter.
Sift together flour, powdered sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir in milk mixture just until moistened.
Heat lightly greased griddle until hot.
For each pancake, pour about 1 tablespoon batter onto grill.
Cook until bubbles appear evenly over top and turn. Cook until golden. This makes 8 or 9 small pancakes.
