Ham and Potato Corn Chowder

Salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat butter or oil in large pot over medium-high heat. Add onions, carrots and celery and cook until tender.
Mix in flour and cook until flour is lightly browned.
Slowly stir in broth and add milk and potatoes. Bring to boil, reduce the heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
Add ham and corn and cook until heated. Season with salt and pepper.
