Horseshoe Cheese Sauce

Worcestershire sauce

brick cheddar cheese

Salt
to taste
Instructions
In a double boiler, melt butter and stir in flour.
Slowly add the beer and cook until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
Add spices and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
Add cheese and continue to cook until it melts.
Stir a ladle full of hot cheese into the eggs and slowly stir the egg mixture into the cheese.
Add salt to taste.
