Keto Chili

- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain.
Add onion and green pepper to the beef and saute until onions are translucent.
Add the spices to the meat mixture and saute an additional 2 minutes.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer to combine flavors, about 15-20 minutes. Add more water for desired consistency.
Serve with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream.
