Keto Chili

Ingredients

  • 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1/2 green pepper chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
  • 2 cups tomato sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste

Instructions

  • In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain.
  • Add onion and green pepper to the beef and saute until onions are translucent.
  • Add the spices to the meat mixture and saute an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ingredients and simmer to combine flavors, about 15-20 minutes. Add more water for desired consistency.
  • Serve with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream.
