Keto Chili

Ingredients
- 2-1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoons cumin
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free ketchup
- 2 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, brown ground beef and drain.
- Add onion and green pepper to the beef and saute until onions are translucent.
- Add the spices to the meat mixture and saute an additional 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and simmer to combine flavors, about 15-20 minutes. Add more water for desired consistency.
- Serve with grated cheddar cheese and sour cream.
