Marinated Steak

Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. Brown sugar
  • 2 T. olive oil
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 4 T-bone steaks

Instructions

  • In a jar, mix all ingredients except the steaks. Shake until well blended and sugar dissolves.
  • Layer steaks in a baking dish and cover with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The steaks will absorb more flavor if they are in the marinade overnight and are turned at least once.
  • Grill, basting often with the marinade.
