Marinated Steak

Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. Brown sugar
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1/4 t. pepper
- 4 T-bone steaks
Instructions
- In a jar, mix all ingredients except the steaks. Shake until well blended and sugar dissolves.
- Layer steaks in a baking dish and cover with marinade. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. The steaks will absorb more flavor if they are in the marinade overnight and are turned at least once.
- Grill, basting often with the marinade.
