Hot Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons green onion minced
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 10-ounce package frozen spinach
- 6 ounces ham diced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 3/4 cup pecans chopped
Instructions
- Microwave cream cheese in a large microwave-safe bowl on high for 30 seconds. Add green onion, milk, garlic salt and pepper and mix well.
- Remove frozen spinach from wrapper and defrost in the microwave for 5 minutes. Drain spinach thoroughly.
- Stir the ham and spinach into the cream cheese mixture, and fold in the sour cream and pecans. Microwave on high for 5 minutes, stirring gently every 2 minutes.
- Serve warm with chips, crackers or bread.
