Balela (Bean Salad)
Course Salad
Servings 4
Ingredients
- 1- 15 oz. can garbanzo beans rinsed and drained
- 1- 15 oz. can Black beans rinsed and drained
- 3 med. tomatoes seeded and chopped
- 2/3 c. onion chopped
- 1/2 c. Fresh parsley chopped
Dressing
- 3 T. extra light virgin olive oil
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 1/2 t. Salt
Instructions
- Put salad ingredients in a bowl.
- Mix together dressing ingredients, pour over salad and mix well.
