Mexican Black Bean Chili

yellow onion
peeled and chopped (1 cup)

green bell pepper
chopped

frozen corn

Black beans

oz.
Tomato sauce

taco seasoning packet
1
gallon-sized
plastic freezer bag
Instructions
Label your freezer bag.
Add all ingredients to bag and remove as much air as possible.
Seal and freeze for up to three months.
Thaw in refrigerator and add to crockpot.
Cook on low for 8 hours.
Break apart beef.
Serve with shredded cheese and chips.
