Mexican Dip

Course Appetizer

Ingredients

  • 1 can Mexican corn drained
  • 1 c. Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese grated
  • 4 oz. pepper jack cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Mix all together and place in a greased oven safe dish.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
  • Serve with crackers.
