Mini Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients
1/2
slice
bread
crumbled

tablespoons
carrot
finely shredded
1
tablespoon
onion
chopped
1
tablespoon
celery
chopped
1
tablespoon
green bell pepper
chopped
1/4
teaspoon
salt
1
dash
pepper
2
tablespoons
chili sauce or ketchup
divided
1/4
pound
ground turkey
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In a bowl, combine bread, carrot, onion, celery, green pepper, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon chili sauce or ketchup. Add ground turkey and mix well.
Shape into a small loaf and place in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Top with remaining chili sauce or ketchup.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.
Notes
Ground beef can also be used.
