Mini Turkey Meat Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1/2 slice bread crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons carrot finely shredded
  • 1 tablespoon onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon celery chopped
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce or ketchup divided
  • 1/4 pound ground turkey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl, combine bread, carrot, onion, celery, green pepper, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon chili sauce or ketchup. Add ground turkey and mix well.
  • Shape into a small loaf and place in an ungreased shallow baking dish. Top with remaining chili sauce or ketchup.
  • Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165 F.

Notes

Ground beef can also be used.
