Pepper Steak

Ingredients
- 1 pound steak cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1-1/2 cups celery cut diagonally
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 bell peppers cut in strips
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meat and add onion, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, bouillon and bell peppers. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Mix corn starch, soy sauce and water and pour into skillet. Stir mixture until sauce thickens.
- Serve over cooked rice.
