Pepper Steak

- 1 pound steak cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1-1/2 cups celery cut diagonally
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 cup onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 2 bell peppers cut in strips
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- Cooked rice
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Brown meat and add onion, celery, garlic, salt, pepper, sugar, bouillon and bell peppers. Simmer until vegetables are tender.
Mix corn starch, soy sauce and water and pour into skillet. Stir mixture until sauce thickens.
Serve over cooked rice.
