Orange Glazed Chicken

boneless skinless chicken breast

teaspoons
vegetable oil

teaspoon
orange marmalade

dash
nutmeg

orange juice
Instructions
Combine flour, salt and pepper and coat chicken breast with it.
In a skillet, heat oil on medium and brown chicken, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Spread marmalade on top of chicken and sprinkle with nutmeg. Add orange juice and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
