Orange Glazed Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt optional
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 teaspoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon orange marmalade
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup orange juice


  • Combine flour, salt and pepper and coat chicken breast with it.
  • In a skillet, heat oil on medium and brown chicken, about 4-5 minutes on each side.
  • Spread marmalade on top of chicken and sprinkle with nutmeg. Add orange juice and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until juices run clear.
