Peach Salsa

Ingredients
1-1/2
cups
fresh or frozen peaches
chopped
1/2
cup
sweet onion
chopped fine
1/2
jalapeno
seeded and minced
1/3
cup
sweet red pepper
chopped fine
1/4
cup
sugar
1
tablespoon
peach jam
1
tablespoon
lime juice
1
dash
salt
to taste
1
dash
cumin
to taste
Tortilla chips
for serving
Instructions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and adjust for taste.
For a spicier salsa, add the entire jalapeno. For a sweeter salsa, add up to 1/2 cup sugar.
Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Nadig suggests topping pork chops with the salsa or blending it to create a glaze for ham or sauce for ribs.
