Peach Salsa

Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups fresh or frozen peaches chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet onion chopped fine
- 1/2 jalapeno seeded and minced
- 1/3 cup sweet red pepper chopped fine
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon peach jam
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 dash salt to taste
- 1 dash cumin to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients together and adjust for taste.
- For a spicier salsa, add the entire jalapeno. For a sweeter salsa, add up to 1/2 cup sugar.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
Notes
Nadig suggests topping pork chops with the salsa or blending it to create a glaze for ham or sauce for ribs.
