Pecan Stuffed Chicken Breasts

butterflied
Lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine first 8 ingredients and divide among the 8 chicken breasts.
Roll inside breast and place seam side down in greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Brush with lemon juice and melted butter.
Season with salt and pepper and bake until internal chicken temperature reaches 165 F, about 50-55 minutes.
