Pistachio Bread

Ingredients

package white cake mix
1
small box pistachio instant pudding
4
eggs
1/4
cup
granulated sugar
1/2
cup
water
1
cup
sour cream
Filling
1/2
teaspoon
nutmeg
2
tablespoons
granulated sugar
2
teaspoons
ground cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, 1/4 cup sugar, water and sour cream.
Pour half of batter in a greased loaf pan.
Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle on batter in pan.
Pour remaining batter on top.
Bake 45-50 minutes until done in center. Cool.
