Pistachio Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 package white cake mix
  • 1 small box pistachio instant pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup sour cream

Filling

  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. In mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs,
  • 1/4 cup sugar, water and sour cream. Pour half of batter in a greased loaf pan.
  • Combine filling ingredients and sprinkle on batter in pan. Pour remaining batter
  • on top and bake 45-50 minutes until done in center. Cool.
