Ruth’s Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 2/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup honey
- 2 eggs
- 2-1/2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 12-ounce package chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 F.
In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes. Cool and serve.
