Ruth’s Honey Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup margarine
  • 1 cup honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 2-1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 12-ounce package chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
  • Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet.
  • Bake at 375 F for 8-10 minutes. Cool and serve.
