Ingredients
1cupsour cream
1cupgranulated sugar
2cupsblack raspberries
2heaping tablespoons all-purpose flour
Salt
9-inchunbaked pie crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix together first 5 ingredients and place in pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake an additional 35-40 minutes.

This is a family favorite, rather than a birthday cake I asked for this pie.
