Sour Cream Raspberry Pie

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 cups black raspberries
  • 2 heaping tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Salt
  • 9- inch unbaked pie crust


  • Preheat oven to 425 F. Mix together first 5 ingredients and place in pie crust. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 F and bake an additional 35-40 minutes.


This is a family favorite, rather than a birthday cake I asked for this pie.
