In a small saucepan, combine the garlic, ginger, honey, soy sauce, garlic chili sauce and vinegar.
Simmer over low heat until thickened and slightly sticky.
Meanwhile, pat chicken wings dry. Season with salt and pepper.
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and coat with cooking spray. Place chicken on baking sheet.
Broil for 12-15 minutes until browned and slightly charred. Turn over and broil for another 3-5 minutes.
Remove from oven and toss with sauce to coat well. Put on a serving tray and top with sesame seeds and sliced green onion. Serve immediately. Makes 4 servings.
