Ingredients
4-3/4cupsstrawberries
3bananas
3tablespoonslemon juice
1box Sure-Jell
1/2teaspoonbutter
6-3/4cupssugar
Instructions
Mash all fruit and add lemon juice. Stir in pectin and add butter. Bring to a rolling boil. Stir in sugar and bring back to a rolling boil. Cook 1 minute while stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Skim off foam. Fill jars, leaving 1/4-inch headspace. If canning, use the water bath or freezer methods.
