Verde Chicken

- 2 chicken breasts sliced
- 1 medium onion sliced in wedges
- 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 3/4 cup salsa verde
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Soft flour tortillas
- Avocado if desired
Slice chicken, season with garlic and pepper, and add to heated oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally until no longer pink and some pieces are browning.
Push chicken to edges of skillet and add onion and continue to stir until slightly translucent, 1 to 2 minutes.
Add bell peppers to center of skillet and stir until crisp-tender, another 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn off heat under skillet and add the salsa verde.
Warm the tortillas and fill them with the chicken mixture and avocado slices.
