Bridies Irish Scones

Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dried currants
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F. Combine biscuit mix, raisins, currants and sugar and stir together. Add water and mix until dough sticks together (can add a bit more water if needed). Scoop up tablespoons of dough and put on greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown. Serve warm with butter, honey and/or jam.
