Millroad Threshermen Annual Tractor Drive – Country Church Tour
June 15, 2024 – always the day before Father’s Day
Registration begins – 7:30 AM – Mandatory drivers meeting at 9 AM.
Come learn about the history of Effingham County, south of Altamont, through the history of the churches and the people who settled that area. PLUS, drive your tractor through the beautiful Illinois country side OR ride on our people mover. Act fast, the people mover fills up quickly. We’ll make several stops to tour churches, eat, and hear presentations by local historians
Lunch is on the grounds of a church built in 1867 (and still proudly standing).
Be sure to allow time for ice cream and socializing at the end of the drive.
