Bureau County Homestead Festival
52nd annual Bureau County Homestead Festival Concert and Parade. This is one of Illinois’ largest festivals. Friday, September 8th at 7 p.m. in Zearing Park featuring “Brass from the Past” out of Chicago along with a balloon glow! Saturday morning September 9th hot air balloon rides along with tethered rides starting at 6 am. Location : Zearing Park in Princeton. At 1 p.m., 52nd Annual Homestead Festival Parade features over 100 entries with six high school marching bands and musical groups out of Chicago. The parade draws upwards to 10, 000 spectators along Main Street in Princeton. Sunday, September 10th starting at 8 a.m., Homestead Festival Antique and Classic Car Show. Location/ North Main Street in Princeton.
